In my opinion, an 8k world border cant handle an increase in F power per player
I think factions should only have 10 power per player. thats just what factions is and how it should be.

I think autorank plugin would be nice , Gives players free ranks by completing tasks like reach lvl 75 in mining, kill 10 players, or have 100k...
