He means likea server on a sword which gives posion or a chance to give posion and like armour enchants that do certain abilities and like the chances of getting custom enchants by enchanting items
It's been suggested a lot of times, but we haven't decided if it would affect the gameplay or not. Let's just say we're trying to keep the server simple, since too many plugins and such could harm or lag the server.
